Bukayo Saka scored the decisive goal in the second leg to send his team to Budapest.

And now Arsenal fans are scrambling to get tickets in a bid to watch their beloved side compete for their first Champions League title.

The Gunners have been allocated 16,824 seats for the match – and they will come at a high cost.

Category 1 tickets, for the most expensive section, are priced at £820 (€950) while restricted view seats are £656 (€760).

Meanwhile, Category 2 tickets cost £561 (€650) and Category 3 seats are priced at £155 ($180).

Ticket prices increased significantly for last season’s final between Paris Saint-Germain and Inter Milan at the Allianz Arena in Munich, with some up over 30 per cent from the previous year.

And they are expected to soar even further on resale sites in the coming weeks.

That is not the only financial hurdle Arsenal fans will face on the road to Budapest.

Flights and accommodation costs will set them back even more.

As things stand, the cheapest direct flights between London and the Hungarian capital cost £860 – a 1,655% increase compared to the same flights just a few days later.

However, those who want to save some cash could stop over both ways.

For £254 fans can fly from Southend Airport on the day before the final and stop over in Malta before landing in Budapest in the early hours of Saturday morning.

However, the 15-hour journey back to England involves two stops – first to Gdansk in Poland followed by Oslo in Norway before landing at Gatwick Airport.

Meanwhile, the cheapest hotel in Budapest City Centre will cost at least £1,155 for two nights.

The same hotel just one week later is priced at £276 for the weekend.

And flight prices that same weekend drop as low as £86 for direct journeys.
