Real fans of European basketball are in for a blockbuster semi-final clash between Fenerbahce and Olympiacos at the EuroLeague Final 4 in Athens. Two experienced teams with championship ambitions, and players of both teams know what challenge is in front of them. One of those players who knows exactly what it means to perform on the biggest European stage is Wade Baldwin IV. Known for his intensity, leadership, and ability to deliver in big moments, Baldwin has been one of Fenerbahce’s key figures and he is ready to fight.
“I am excited. This is opportunity for the two healthy teams to play against each other. The first match in Istanbul there was no Milutinov and the second time there were no 5 or six players for us. So tomorrow we get two fully healthy teams, and we will see who the winner is”, said Baldwin in front of the journalist in open media practice before the semi-final game.
“It is a huge success for me, I spent seven years to try to get to the Final Four. This is my second one. First time we won the championship and this is my second one. We will see how it goes”, added Wade who is up for the physical match against Olympiacos.
“Of course, it is Olympiacos team. Between us and them, we talk about the two most physical teams in the league and the guys need to put big pants on”, said Baldwin.
