Anadolu Efes bounced back from its defeat to Esenler Erokspor with a dominant performance against AEK, cruising to a 101-72 victory in the TÜBAD Mehmet Baturalp Tournament.
Efes quickly established control and built a sizeable advantage before halftime.
There was little response from AEK after the break, as Efes continued to increase the gap and eventually completed a convincing 29-point win to secure third place in the tournament.
Bruno Fernando was among the standout performers, coming close to a double-double with 15 points, nine rebounds and two assists.
Matthew Strazel matched him with 15 points while also contributing four assists and one rebound.
Daron Russell provided another strong showing with 13 points, five assists and three rebounds, while Dario Šarić recorded 12 points and five boards.
Jordan Loyd also reached double figures, finishing with 11 points, two rebounds and one assist.
The comfortable victory allowed Efes to end its tournament campaign on a positive note following the previous day’s loss.
