Zaire Wade was arrested Sunday after police responded to reports of a possible domestic disturbance at his home, according to TMZ.
Police were dispatched around 5:22 a.m. after neighbors called 911 to report loud yelling and stomping coming from inside the residence, raising concerns that someone inside could be in danger.
A separate caller also reported that a woman had suffered facial lacerations.
Officers arrived at the home, made contact with those inside, and conducted an investigation that ultimately resulted in Wade’s arrest.
As previously reported, the eldest son of Dwyane Wade was booked on three charges: felony domestic violence, criminal threats, and false imprisonment.
Authorities also issued an emergency protective order. Wade was released later that day after posting a $50,000 bond.
He has remained in the public spotlight through his basketball career and modeling work, but neither he nor representatives for the Wade family have publicly commented on the incident.
