Kilkenny legend TJ Reid has announced his retirement from intercounty hurling.
In a statement released today, the seven-time All-Ireland winner said that he “left with immense pride and no regrets.”
Reid – who won his 13th county title with Ballyhale Shamrocks last Sunday, and was named Hurler of the Year in 2015 – joined the Kilkenny panel in 2007 and won seven All Stars during an illustrious playing career.
