Laois have secured a return to the Leinster Championship.
The Division Two League champions have beaten their neighbours Carlow by 1-27 to 1-18 in the Joe McDonagh Cup final.
Cillian Dunne scored 1-6 for the O’Moores as they bounced back from losing last year’s final.
