The Dallas Mavericks remain one of the two NBA teams in search of a new front office leader, and they are still reportedly eyeing Tim Connelly as a potential target from the Minnesota Timberwolves.
While Connelly is no longer thought to have an opt-out in his current deal, league insiders believe there’s still a chance he could be enticed to move on once Minnesota’s playoff run is over.
For now, the Timberwolves are in control of their first-round matchup, leading the Denver Nuggets 3-1 in the series.
