Joey Buss and Jesse Buss are reportedly looking to become part of the NBA’s planned European expansion through their investment firm, Buss Sports Capital.
According to ESPN and The Athletic, the former Los Angeles Lakers minority owners are seeking to join an ownership group for a future NBA Europe franchise.
The Buss brothers are reportedly evaluating several potential markets, including London, Manchester, Lyon, and Rome.
One possible connection is French basketball legend Tony Parker, who already has an established relationship with the Buss family.
Parker’s club, ASVEL, based in Lyon, has previously expressed interest in becoming involved with the NBA’s proposed European competition.
