Austin Reaves is making the most of the final weeks of his offseason before returning to Los Angeles for the start of Lakers training camp.
The Lakers guard recently traveled to Mexico with his longtime girlfriend, Jenna Barber, who shared several photos from their vacation on Instagram with the caption “Mexicooooo.”
The couple spent part of the trip aboard a yacht, with photos showing them relaxing in the sun and enjoying time together on the water.
Barber also posted images of Reaves swimming with friends, while another showed her preparing to ride a jet ski.
Reaves and Barber have been together for more than a decade after meeting in 2014 at Cedar Ridge High School in Newark, Arkansas, where they began dating as teenagers.
Their Mexico getaway follows an eventful summer for Reaves.
The 28-year-old signed a four-year, $185 million maximum contract to remain with the Lakers and also traveled to Slovenia earlier in the offseason alongside teammate Luka Dončić as part of a team-bonding trip.
Reaves is expected to take on an even greater role in Los Angeles this season following LeBron James’ departure.
He is set to become one of Dončić’s primary supporting stars as the Lakers begin a new chapter.
