Eurohoops has completed its ranking of the Top 50 EuroLeague players entering the 2026-27 season, revealing the final 20 names after previously presenting positions 21 through 50.
The rankings were created by combining and refining selections from Eurohoops’ different editions. Players were evaluated based on individual ability, influence on their teams and expectations for the upcoming campaign.
Several prominent players received consideration but ultimately missed the Top 50, including Nicolo Melli, Kostas Sloukas, Matthew Strazel, Andreas Obst, Daniel Theis, Will Clyburn, Filip Petrusev, Juancho Hernangomez and Patty Mills.
Sasha Vezenkov enters the season at No. 1 after averaging 19.0 points and 6.4 rebounds for Olympiacos last year. His scoring efficiency and ability to produce without dominating possession placed him at the top of the list.
Panathinaikos guard Kendrick Nunn ranks second following an 18.3-point campaign, while Olympiacos veteran Evan Fournier takes third after helping his team capture the EuroLeague title.
Nigel Hayes-Davis, now with Panathinaikos, occupies fourth place, followed by Olympiacos guard Jean Montero at No. 5. Anadolu Efes star Mike James is sixth, with Nikola Milutinov, Sylvain Francisco, Talen Horton-Tucker and Walter Tavares completing the top 10.
Elijah Bryant opens the second half of the top 20 at No. 11, followed by Zalgiris center Jonas Valanciunas at No. 12. Wade Baldwin IV, Guerschon Yabusele, Facundo Campazzo, Kevin Punter, Tyler Dorsey, Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot and Carlik Jones follow.
Paris guard Nadir Hifi rounds out the group at No. 20 after averaging 18.9 points and 3.8 assists last season.
The final ranking puts Vezenkov ahead of a field featuring established EuroLeague stars, former NBA players and emerging guards as Europe’s top competition prepares for the 2026-27 campaign.
