Giannis Antetokounmpo is establishing himself in South Florida after joining the Miami Heat in a major offseason trade.
According to Katherine Kallergis of The Real Deal, Antetokounmpo has purchased a $13.5 million home in Pinecrest.
The newly built property covers nearly 12,000 square feet and sits on more than an acre of land.
The mansion includes eight bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, along with a media room, guest house, private swimming pool and jacuzzi.
One notable detail is its location.
The property is directly across the street from a home listed by Tyler Herro, who went to the Milwaukee Bucks as part of the trade package that brought Antetokounmpo to Miami.
The purchase comes after Antetokounmpo spent his first 13 NBA seasons in Milwaukee.
During that period, he won two regular-season MVP awards and helped the Bucks capture the 2021 NBA championship, earning Finals MVP honors.
Despite dealing with injuries late in his Milwaukee tenure, Antetokounmpo remained highly productive last season, averaging 27.6 points, 9.8 rebounds and 5.4 assists per game.
The Greek star will now begin the next stage of his career with the Heat, where he is set to wear No. 7 as Miami looks to compete for another championship.
