Brad Stevens of the Boston Celtics has earned the 2025–26 NBA Executive of the Year award, securing the honor for the second time after also winning in 2023–24.

He topped the voting with 69 points, including 11 first-place selections, while Saleh Onsi of the Atlanta Hawks placed second with 41 points.

Trajan Langdon of the Detroit Pistons and Jeff Peterson of the Charlotte Hornets followed closely behind.

The Celtics finished the regular season at 56-26, good for the second-best record in the East, and extended their streak of top-two finishes to five straight years – all during Stevens’ tenure leading basketball operations.

With this recognition, Stevens becomes one of a select group of executives to win the award multiple times since it was introduced in 1972–73.
