UFC icon and former kickboxing champion Alistair Overeem has turned his attention to a new fight, as he bids to tackle phone addiction.
Overeem has long been researching the causes and symptoms of phone addiction, having felt its effects severely during a fighting career that included a 10-year spell in the UFC, where he once challenged for the heavyweight title.
It is an unexpected move by the Dutchman, 45, but he says he is intent on educating others on the benefits of a “dopamine reset”, and how it might help future generations.
