Two-time defending men’s champion Carlos Alcaraz and the women’s world number one Aryna Sabalenka both get their campaigns underway at Wimbledon today.
Alcaraz will open the play on centre-court this afternoon when he faces Italy’s Fabio Fognini.
Sabalenka’s first-round opponent is Grand Slam debutant Carson Branstine of Canada.
