Matt Lawlor has been placed in charge of Waterford until the end of the League of Ireland Premier Division season.
That’s after the club confirmed the departure of manager John Coleman yesterday.
The former Accrington Stanley boss was only appointed in May but Waterford have slipped into the bottom two after five successive league losses.
