The Waterford and Cork camogie panels says they’re ‘bitterly disappointed’ that today’s Munster Camogie final was postponed.
Both sets of players had indicated their intention to wear shorts rather than skorts for the game, and Munster Camogie pulled the fixture 16 hours before it was due to take place.
In a joint statement, the players say they had ‘meticulously’ planned for the game, and they ‘feel completely let down’ that it was called off, adding that it was an opportunity to take a step forward from the recent controversy.
