Ulster And Leinster Prepare For European Finals

Two Irish provinces are in European finals this weekend.

Tonight, Ulster are aiming to win their first trophy in 20 years when they face Montpellier in the European Challenge Cup final.

Ulster are without Jacob Stockdale, Stuart McCloskey, Iain Henderson, Werner Kok and Rob Herring, but have been boosted by the return of Rob Baloucoune.

Ulster against Montpellier kicks off at 8pm in Bilbao.

Leinster have also named their team for tomorrow’s Champions Cup final.

James Lowe and Sam Prendergast are left out of the matchday 23, while Rieko Ioane starts on the left wing and Tommy O’Brien on the right.

Harry Byrne starts at out-half, with Ciarán Frawley providing cover from the bench. Tadhg Furlong is also named among the replacements.
