Tiger Woods says the revamped PGA Tour is about building the “strongest possible” competition.
The tour confirmed a new two-tier system will come into place from 2028 – the Championship Series for elite players and a Challenger Series below.
It’s also yet to be decided if their alliance with the DP World Tour will continue under the new rules.
