Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has confirmed that William Saliba’s injury is not serious, with the French defender set to return to action in the coming days.
He missed Sunday’s draw with Chelsea, but could feature against Brentford tomorrow night.
Arteta says Leandro Trossard is also in contention to return, but Kai Havertz will remain out for ‘a matter of weeks’.

Elsewhere, Newcastle goalkeeper Nick Pope has been ruled out for three weeks with a groin injury.
