The Associated Press is reporting that ICE agents will have security role at the upcoming Winter Olympics in Italy.
Officers would support diplomatic security details at the Milan Cortina Games and not run any immigration enforcement.
Milan’s mayor Giuseppe Sala has said on Italian radio that the force would not be welcome in his city.
