Raptors vs. 76ers: Key injury updates ahead of Wednesday’s game

The Toronto Raptors (9-5) travel to Wells Fargo Center to face the Philadelphia 76ers (8-5) on Wednesday, November 19, with injuries affecting both rosters.

Raptors guard Ochai Agbaji is listed as probable with a lumbar strain, while Collin Murray-Boyles is questionable due to right knee soreness. Several Raptors two-way and G League players, including Chucky Hepburn, A.J. Lawson, Alijah Martin, and Jonathan Mogbo, will miss the game.

Philadelphia will be without multiple contributors as well. Joel Embiid is doubtful with a right knee injury, and Paul George is sidelined for left knee recovery. Kelly Oubre Jr. will miss the contest with a left knee sprain, while Adem Bona remains out with a right ankle sprain. Jared McCain is available after recovering from right thumb surgery.

Toronto enters the matchup with a 9-5 record and back-to-back wins, including a 110-108 victory over the Charlotte Hornets on November 17 and a 129-111 win against the Indiana Pacers on November 15.

Brandon Ingram leads the Raptors with 20.9 points per game, closely followed by Scottie Barnes at 19.4, while RJ Barrett contributes 19.1 PPG. Barnes also leads the team with 7.7 rebounds and 5.3 assists per game.

Philadelphia carries momentum from a 110-108 win over the Los Angeles Clippers, snapping a 114-105 loss to Detroit on November 14.

Tyrese Maxey leads the 76ers in scoring at 32.5 points per game and adds 7.7 assists, while Joel Embiid averages 19.7 points and 9.6 rebounds per game, though he is doubtful for Wednesday. Quentin Grimes contributes 16.8 points and 4.3 assists per game.

The teams previously met on November 8 with Philadelphia earning a 130-120 win in Toronto. Tip-off is set for 7:30 p.m. ET.
