Kalix Delabarriere was the first winner of this year’s festival for Willie Mullins – he was first past the post in the Cross Country Chase.
Later, the same trainer will have four of the five runners at today’s feature race.

Il Etait Temps, Energumene, Majborough and Blood Destiny will all line up for the Grade 1 Champion Chase just after 6pm.
The Barry Connell trained Marine Nationale rounds out the field in that one.
