Oliver Glasner has signed off as Crystal Palace boss, having overseen the most successful spell in the club’s history.
The Premier League side earned a 1-nil victory over Rayo Vallecano in the Conference League final in Leipzig,
It follows winning the FA Cup and Community Shield within the last 12 months.

Crystal Palace’s victory in the Conference League final means that nine Premier League teams will play in European competitions next season.
Arsenal, Manchester City, Manchester United, Aston Villa and Liverpool will all play in the Champions League
Bournemouth and Sunderland secured a place in the Europa League with their league positions, while Palace have also now got a spot.
Brighton will be in the Conference League after finishing eighth in the Premier League.
