Munster back-rowers John Hodnett and Alex Kendellen are both ruled out for Sunday’s trip to Toulon.
The province confirmed that Hodnett has undergone surgery on a thumb injury, while Kendellen is recovering from an ankle issue.
Tighthead Oli Jager has returned to full training this week, but remains a doubt for this weekend’s game in France.
