Manchester City Women have sacked boss Gareth Taylor after almost five years in charge.
The club say “performances this season have not reached their high standards”.
City are fourth in the WSL, a point outside of the European qualification places.

Former coach Nick Cushing will take over on an interim basis, with City taking on Chelsea in the League Cup final on Saturday.
