
Everton manager David Moyes has defended his players after Idrissa Gueye apologised for being sent off in last night’s Premier League win over Manchester United at Old Trafford.
The visitors won by a goal to nil but played over 75 minutes with ten men following Gueye’s dismissal for a confrontation with his own teammate Michael Keane.
Moyes says he won’t dwell on the incident for too long

Everton captain Seamus Coleman was forced off with a hamstring injury in the 10th minute at Old Trafford – he was replaced by his fellow Irish international Jake O’Brien.
