The Boston Celtics will head to the Kia Center on Sunday without Jayson Tatum, Max Shulga, and Amari Williams as they prepare to face the Orlando Magic.
Tatum remains sidelined following right Achilles repair, while Shulga and Williams are on G League two-way assignments, limiting depth in both the frontcourt and backcourt.
Boston enters the matchup with a 4–6 record, having struggled on the road early in the season and recently falling 110–123 at Orlando on November 7.
Jaylen Brown continues to lead the Celtics offensively, averaging 28.1 points and 4.2 assists per game across ten appearances.
Payton Pritchard and Derrick White provide additional scoring and playmaking, contributing 16.5 and 14.3 points per contest, respectively, while Neemias Queta anchors the frontcourt with 8.1 rebounds per game.
Orlando also faces injury concerns, with Moritz Wagner sidelined for left knee recovery. Jamal Cain, Colin Castleton, and Orlando Robinson remain on G League assignments, slightly reducing rotation options.
The Magic sit at 4–5, coming off a victory over Boston, with Franz Wagner and Paolo Banchero leading the team in scoring and rebounding.
Wagner averages 22.6 points and 5.6 rebounds, while Banchero adds 22.2 points and 9.4 boards per game, providing stability for Orlando both offensively and defensively.
Desmond Bane contributes 14.8 points per contest and 3.9 assists, while Wendell Carter Jr. continues to anchor the Magic’s interior with 7.9 rebounds and 12.0 points per game.
Tip-off is scheduled for 6:00 PM ET as both teams look to continue their mid-November schedule.
