Liverpool say they are ‘devastated’ after the death of Diogo Jota.
The 28-year-old forward passed away after the car he was travelling in with his brother was involved in an accident in the province of Zamora in the west of Spain.
Jota won the Premier League title with Liverpool last season, having joined the club from Wolves in 2020.

He also featured for Portugal as recently as last month when they won the Nations League.
