The Sacramento Kings have waived forward Daniel Batcho and guard Mitch Mascari, both of whom were signed to non-guaranteed Exhibit 10 contracts. The moves reduce the team’s training camp roster and open opportunities for other players to compete for spots.

Batcho, 23, was part of the Kings’ Summer League roster and previously played at Texas Tech and La Lumiere (LT). Across 116 college games, he averaged 10.4 points, 6.1 rebounds, and 1.5 assists.

Sacramento originally signed Batcho to an Exhibit 10 deal to allow him to compete for a roster position while maintaining the flexibility to assign him to the Stockton Kings in the G League. In his senior season at LT he averaged 16.7 points on 68.9% shooting and 6.4 rebounds per game.

Mascari, a 6-foot-5 guard, joined the Kings after a college career at Northwest Missouri State and Drake, where he made 42.4% of nearly 600 three-point attempts. In the 2024–25 season at Drake, he averaged 9.4 points, 2.2 rebounds, and 1.1 assists while shooting 40.3% from deep.

The guard also participated in the 2025 NBA Summer League, appearing in three games and averaging 1.7 points, 2.0 rebounds, and 2.0 assists in 10.9 minutes per game.
