Dundalk have confirmed Ciaran Kilduff has agreed to remain as Manager, ahead of their return to the SSE Airtricity League Premier Division.
It follows talks over the weekend, after it was initially reported Kilduff had informed the club of his intention to resign, citing off field difficulties.
Kilduff has signed a two year contract at Oriel Park.
