
An outstanding second half saw Kerry defeat Armagh in the ¼ finals of the All-Ireland Senior Football Championship.
The Kingdom were victorious in Croke Park by 32 points to 1-21.
Armagh had led by 1-11 to 0-13 at half time.

Armagh extended their advantage to 1-16 to 14 points 5 minutes into the second period. Then, Kerry went on a run of 14 points in a row while Armagh went a quarter of an hour without a score. That proved decisive as the Kingdom won by 8.
