Jalen Johnson scored 24 points, grabbed 10 rebounds, and dished out eight assists as the Atlanta Hawks dominated the Sacramento Kings 133-100 on Wednesday at Golden 1 Center.

Onyeka Okongwu added 21 points off the bench while Zaccharie Risacher contributed 15, helping Atlanta win its third straight game without Trae Young.

Johnson shot 9 of 10 from the field, including making all four free throws, for his fourth double-double of the season and 44th of his career. The Hawks got balanced scoring with seven players in double figures and never trailed, leading by as many as 44 points.

Sacramento struggled despite Keon Ellis scoring 20 points with six 3-pointers, while Domantas Sabonis added 12 and Devin Carter contributed 11. The Kings have now lost four straight games.

Atlanta jumped to an early lead, outscoring Sacramento 37-34 in the first quarter and building a 40-37 advantage early in the second. A 25-9 run to close the first half gave the Hawks control, as the Kings missed seven straight shots and turned the ball over three times.

Risacher’s dunk in the third quarter extended the lead to 85-52, drawing loud boos from the home crowd. Atlanta continued to dominate in the fourth, eventually winning by 33 points.

The Hawks improved to 7-5, continuing to thrive without their four-time All-Star guard, who could miss up to two more months with a knee sprain. The Kings fell to 3-9, marking their worst start to the season so far.

Atlanta will host the Utah Jazz on Thursday, while Sacramento faces the Minnesota Timberwolves in the in-season tournament on Friday.
