Ireland side trailing; England ahead in Ashes

They’ve reached the end of the day’s play in Dhaka with Bangladesh leading Ireland by 363 runs with nine wickets remaining in the second test between the sides.

The hosts are 152 for one off 37 overs in their second innings.

Ireland earlier posted a first innings total of 265.

England have a lead of 49 runs after the first day of the Ashes – with captain Ben Stokes leading their fightback in Perth.
The visitors were bowled out for 172 but responded to leave Australia on 123 for 9 at the end of play.
Stokes took four Australian wickets, with Jofra Archer and Brydon Carse taking two each.
