Kyra Carusa and Abbie Larkin scored for Carla Ward’s side in the first-half with Denise O’Sullivan adding a third.
The match was played behind closed doors in Marbella as part of Ireland’s warm-weather training camp.

Meanwhile the under 19s suffered their second loss of their Euro Qualification campaign.
Dave Connell’s side were beaten 3-0 by Poland and remain without a point in Group 5.
