The Charlotte Hornets fought back from a 22-point deficit to dethrone the New Orleans Pelicans 102-95, earning their seventh straight win on Monday night.
Despite having an incident head-to-head collision with head coach Charles Lee, LaMelo Ball scored 24 points to lead the Hornets.
Kon Knueppel added 17 with four three-pointers, and Brandon Miller and Grant Williams each scored 16.
Charlotte overcame 17 turnovers while matching their longest winning streak since March 2016.
On the other hand, Trey Murphy III dropped 27 points, Zion Williamson added 14 points and 11 rebounds, while Derick Queen had 16 points.
The Pelicans have lost six of their last nine games.
Meanwhile, Ball left the game briefly in the first quarter with an eye laceration after banging heads with Lee while trying to save an errant pass from going out of bounds.
Ball returned a few minutes later and scored 18 points on three 3s in the first half, but the Hornets still found themselves trailing 64-49 at the break after shooting 7 of 30 from beyond three-point range and committing 10 turnovers.
The Hornets stormed back to take the lead in the fourth quarter on a blow-by drive and two two-handed dunk by Ball.
Miller was named as the Conference Player of the Week and pushed the lead to nine by stealing the ball at midcourt and going in for a dunk.
New Orleans will visit the Bucks on Wednesday, while Charlotte will visit Houston on Thursday.
