Hapoel Tel Aviv has reportedly submitted a significant offer to Nigel Hayes-Davis, aiming to bring the EuroLeague Final Four MVP back to Europe.

According to journalist Matteo Andreani, the deal could be worth approximately $11 million, including $2 million for the current season and $4.5 million for each of the following two campaigns.

Hayes-Davis, 31, became a high-profile free agent after being waived by the Milwaukee Bucks. The forward is exploring options that meet his multiyear, high-value contract expectations.

The former Fenerbahce standout won the 2025 EuroLeague Final Four MVP and has drawn interest from top European clubs, including Fenerbahce and Panathinaikos, all capable of matching his salary benchmarks. His overseas performance has established him as a marquee player despite limited NBA impact.

Hapoel Tel Aviv currently sits fifth in the 2025-26 EuroLeague standings with a 16-10 record, positioning the club for a competitive playoff push.

This season, Hayes-Davis appeared in 27 games with Phoenix, averaging 1.3 points and 1.2 rebounds over 7.2 minutes per contest. While his NBA minutes were limited, his success overseas has kept him in demand among elite EuroLeague teams seeking both talent and leadership.

The decision for Hayes-Davis will likely hinge on contract value, role, and opportunity to return as a central figure. Hapoel’s offer, if accepted, would allow him to rejoin a club with championship aspirations while securing a multiyear, high-paying deal.

Fenerbahce leads the EuroLeague with a 19-7 record, while Panathinaikos sits eighth at 16-11.
