Foster best of Irish as Woad leads

Anna Foster is leading the Irish challenge following Day Three of the Women’s Irish Open.

The 23 year old lies on 7 under par after a brilliant third round of 67 at Carton House.

That leaves her in a tie for 9th place as things stand.

Leona Maguire is next best of the home stars with her round of 70 today leaving her 2 under all round.

Emma Fleming is level par while Canice Screene sits back on 5 over.

England’s Lottie Woad now has a seven-shot lead on 17-under.
