Fabio Paratici has returned to Tottenham as one of two sporting directors.
The Italian resigned as Spurs’ managing director of football in 2023 after losing an appeal against a 30-month ban in his home country.
He was punished for his alleged role in a false accounting scandal at Juventus.

Paratici will work alongside Johan Lange back in north London.
