Crvena Zvezda has officially signed Ebuka Izundu to a two-year deal, bolstering its frontcourt ahead of the 2025–26 campaign.
The Serbian club confirmed the agreement Sunday, announcing the addition of the 29-year-old center on a 1+1 contract.
Izundu arrives after an impressive season with Galatasaray, where he played a key role in the team’s run to the FIBA Basketball Champions League final.
Standing 208 cm tall and weighing 105 kg, the Lagos-born big man is known for his physical strength, athleticism, and energy around the rim. He led the FIBA Champions League in double-doubles last season.
Before joining Galatasaray, Izundu played professionally for Real Betis, Strasbourg, FMP, and Germany’s EWE Baskets Oldenburg.
He played college basketball at Miami (FL), where he developed into a reliable post player with strong rebounding instincts.
Crvena Zvezda finished 10th in the EuroLeague standings last season with an 18–16 record and narrowly missed the play-in tournament.
