The FAI has confirmed the appointment of Gary Cronin as Assistant Coach with the women’s national team.
He was previously in charge of both Longford Town and Bray Wanderers, while he also had a stint as an assistant with Bohemians.
Cronin, who replaces Alan Mahon, will join Carla Ward’s backroom team ahead of the World Cup qualifiers, which get underway in March.
