Crawford says they are still waiting on Elding’s international clearance

Ireland under-21 boss Jim Crawford says they’re still waiting for Owen Elding’s international switch to be completed.

The Sligo Rovers forward won’t be available for the upcoming Euros qualifiers against Andorra and England.

Crawford says the teenager is a “exceptional talent” who is “extremely keen” to join the squad.
