Here’s Washington Wizards veteran CJ McCollum on how rookie Tre Johnson has adjusted to the NBA through three games (averaging 17.0 PPG/4.0 RPG/2.0 APG/1.0 BPG/1.3 TOV/2.3 PF/47.4% FG/52.9% 2P/42.9% 3-PT/100% FT in 27.3 MPG off the bench).
(via Washington Wizards):
“I think he’s been great. I think he’s a gamer. I think he enjoys playing in games. Obviously, he’s fearless. He’s got a quick release. Knows how to find shots. I think his poise is at a high-level. I think his work ethic is really impressive, especially for 19, 20-year-olds. He’s always in the gym. He takes care of his body, which is rare, right? A lot of young guys kinda neglect the body early, and then double back late. So, I think he’s got the makings of being a really talented player for a long time.”
