
Oliver Oakes has resigned as team principal of Alpine’s F1 team after just nine months in the role.
At 37, the Brit was the youngest boss on the F1 grid.
His responsibilities will now be assumed by executive director Flavio Briatore.

They have also made another change, with Franco Colapinto replacing Jack Doohan.
Australian Doohan will step down to first choice reserve for the next five races, starting with the upcoming Emilia-Romagna Grand Prix at Imola.
