All 62 motions at the GAA’s Special Congress have passed with some changes coming to the rules of Gaelic football once again.

Tweaks to the two-point score, the use of the hooter and rules around dissent and cynical play were all put before delegates today with almost unanimous agreement in all cases.

Meanwhile GAA president Jarlath Burns says reflection on what it means to be an amateur athlete is needed and the Football Review Committee will bring forward proposals on amateur status in the new year.
