A.J. Green and Ryan Rollins, both recently signed to multiyear deals, have quickly become key contributors to the Milwaukee Bucks’ strong 3-1 start to the season, writes Eric Nehm of The Athletic.

Green has been a standout from long range, averaging 3.3 made three-pointers per game while shooting an impressive 59.1%. His sharpshooting has provided much-needed spacing for Milwaukee’s offense early in the year.

Meanwhile, Rollins has stepped up as the team’s starting point guard in the absence of Kevin Porter Jr., who is sidelined with an ankle injury.

Rollins has taken full advantage of the opportunity, averaging 15.3 points, 4.3 assists, and 3.0 steals per game, showcasing his ability to run the offense and make plays on both ends of the court.

Green secured his future with the Bucks earlier this month by signing a four-year, $45 million extension, while Rollins joined the team over the summer on a three-year, $12 million free-agent contract.

Both players have quickly validated Milwaukee’s investment, playing vital roles in the team’s early-season success.
