Miami Heat guard Davion Mitchell has spoken positively about rookie teammate Ryan Conwell, pointing to his maturity, confidence and ability to adjust to the NBA.
Mitchell believes Conwell has made a good transition to the professional level and is adapting to the league faster than he did during his own rookie season.
The veteran guard also emphasized the importance of Conwell remaining aggressive offensively and continuing to take shots with confidence.
“He’s playing well. He’s adapting well. He’s adapting better than I was when I was a rookie; he’s mature … him shooting the ball, him being confident, him being aggressive that’s what we need him to do.”
