Paul Pierce is facing new allegations in his ongoing legal dispute with his ex-partner, Princess Santiago, who claims he has failed to provide complete financial records.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Santiago alleges that Pierce submitted incomplete bank statements and withheld information about his trust distributions, assets and business interests.
She also claims the former Boston Celtics star failed to disclose financial details related to his cannabis company, earnings from Fox Sports 1 and an ownership interest in a commercial property.
Additionally, Santiago alleges that Pierce has not paid the $10,000 previously ordered by the court to cover the cost of hiring a forensic accountant.
She is now requesting an additional $40,000 in legal fees, along with the outstanding $10,000 payment.
The latest filing follows an earlier court ruling requiring Pierce to pay $8,508 per month in temporary child support for their son, King Rafael Santiago Pierce.
Pierce was also ordered to contribute $100,000 toward Santiago’s legal expenses.

During the proceedings, Santiago claimed that Pierce earned more than $200 million throughout his NBA career.
However, the 2008 NBA champion argued that his current income is significantly lower than during his playing days and that his financial obligations should reflect his present earnings.
The latest allegations remain unresolved as the legal dispute continues.
