Washington Wizards center Tristan Vukcevic has sustained a left hip impingement and is expected to undergo another medical evaluation in approximately four weeks.
The injury will limit the Serbian big man’s involvement in the team’s preparations for the upcoming NBA season, although he will not be completely sidelined during training camp.
Vukcevic will continue participating in selected team activities while following an individualized rehabilitation program aimed at improving his condition and facilitating his recovery.
