The Camogie Association has proposed January 2028 as the target date for integration.
A letter from the body was reportedly circulated to county boards over the weekend, suggesting the new date of delivery for the merger of all three Gaelic Games bodies.
They also suggested the creation of a new subcommittee within the Steering Group, solely responsible for the implementation of integration.
