LeBron James has revealed one of his favorite treats while continuing to document his growing interest in golf.
During a visit to Portage Country Club in Akron, Ohio, the 41-year-old explained that cookies are one of his favorite desserts, with one particular variety standing above the rest.
“I’m a cookie guy, for real,” James said. “Like chocolate chip cookie, my favorite.”
James then had an opportunity to try the club’s well-known “Kitchen Sink” cookie. After taking a bite, the four-time NBA champion quickly gave it his approval.
“That’s a good a– cookie,” he said after taking a bite.
The visit was part of James’ latest golf trip in Akron, where he also spent time with several of his childhood and high school friends.
“Yo, they say there’s no place like home, and that’s absolutely true. Akron, I’m happy to be back. Ohio, I’m always happy to be back,” James says at the start of the video.
James launched his golf YouTube channel last month after signing a two-year, $8 million contract with the Philadelphia 76ers.
The channel follows James and his group as they play different golf courses, visit restaurants and document their experiences away from basketball.
The project has quickly attracted an audience, reaching more than half a million YouTube subscribers within its first few weeks.
